Executive Coach, MBA, EMA

Executive Summary

With a global pharmaceutical executive experience as her foundation and an intense personal journey, Christèle brings a comprehensive, demanding, knowledge-based, and compassionate framework to her executive coaching practice. Most of her clients are high-achieving women.

Background

Christèle worked 22 years in the biopharmaceutical industry in Global Procurement and Global Supply Chain while being based in France, the US and Italy with large global teams located across the globe. During her tenure, she constantly handled successfully global changes in a highly regulated environment while maintaining a human approach to

management and performance.

During her Bristol-Myers Squibb tenure, Christèle worked pro-bono for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) on designing the Supply Chain for modern contraceptives in 10 sub-Sahara African countries.

She was then hired by the United Nations under a grant from the BMGF to support the implementation on the ground in Africa.

Christèle leveraged her leadership and change expertise into becoming a certified executive coach. With this role, as with all the previous ones, she continuously exposes herself to learning in order to bring the best knowledge to her clients as well as provide a safe and sustainable exploration space.

With teams, clients recognize the effectiveness of her coaching in bringing team members together in an actionable way with an enterprise mindset. Her objective resides in her clients’ developing more awareness in order to understand how they act, react and think.
